It is important to understand that some other Insurance Providers who are spending excessively on marketing are indeed budging on providing patients with the cheapest possible healthcare. They have invented what is called “Plxxxxx Consultants” and “Open Referral..” , to motivate directing patients in the cheapest possible treatment pathway not paying attention to the quality of care or the skills and patients’ experience. It is extremely sad to find marketing affecting patient’s care and it is very important to consider this upon renewal of your policy to avoid serious disappointment when you need your policy.
