Trainee Surgeons and FY Doctors

If you have had any Surgical training at the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust you should know by now that I am the Junior Doctors College Tutor.

I believe in Teaching, It is the only way to improve and develop a new generation of surgeons who can achieve more.

I have transformed the teaching of Junior Doctors in Ipswich Hospital through developing a complete protocol of induction, close observation, daily teaching and weekly academic discussions.

I am very keen on maintaining this role, The East of England deanery has clearly identified the amazing improvements in our doctors training since I took this responsibility.

If you feel the need, Please contact me and I will look after you, I will support you and get you through all the areas of difficulties you experienced through your training.
