It is extremely important to realise how serious the current situation is at all hospitals weather NHS or Private, Professional Health allies are fighting a tough battle at the front line to save you, your families and the loved ones.

All consultations classified as non-urgent at NHS and Nuffield have stopped to allow resources and professionals to get deployed to support the COVID-19 Battle. Only urgent consultations can be run through Telephone to support isolation and minimise risks to patients and health professionals.
Nuffield Booking office is now not taking any bookings and all bookings should be processed directly with myself, I will do my best to help and guide you on what is needed, It is likely that any physical examination and investigations will be postponed until the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, Probably in 1-3 Months.
If you feel that you urgently need to have a consultation either through self referral or following seeing your GP, Please follow the following steps:
- Email me at [email protected], Stating subject as “Urgent Telephone Consultation”, Please provide your personal details, Complains, Reason for referral. When possible please provide a scan of your referral letter or simply a digital photo.
- You will receive instruction via email on how to complete your booking and the consultation date and time.
- You will be contacted on Wednesday, during Clinic time, via the telephone you provided for the consultation. Please ensure safety and strict confidentiality when providing any health or personal information.
- A letter will be sent to you and your GP with the contents of the consultation and the recommendation.
** Please note that, Telephone consultations do help to identify most health problems, in absence of the ability to do a physical examination or run urgent investigations, there is always a risk of not confirming the exact medical condition. It will however help to guide you on how urgent your condition is so we can plan investigations as soon as possible.
